This video details accepting invites and completing account setup for newly invited users. It includes how to add personal details, contact information, and the steps to setting up a easier, more efficient passwordless login.
Steps involved in completing account setup:
Open the email from Monaire with the subject as Welcome to Monaire - Lets Get you Started. Click 'Set My Password'.
You will be presented with the option to set your password which will be used when you login. There are a few requirements this password must satisfy, as listed below.
Once making and confirming your password, click the set my password button.
At this point, you will be redirected to the Monaire app login page. Click login, where you will then be taken to a page displaying your new created user. If for some reason you do not see your user, click another user and enter in your email and password. Otherwise, click on your user and enter in the password you just created. After signing in, you are now officially a Monaire user.
The next step is optional. If you do not want a passwordless login, click do it later, otherwise, choose the option to set it up.
To setup, you will first name your device, for example, Nolan's MacBook. After registering, you will make your own pin which is not displayed on the screen for privacy reasons. Once this pin is made you can activate it automatically based on your device, hence making the login passwordless.
You are now required to enter in your phone number. This will be used as another method of contact. If the change option is greyed out, simply exit and reenter the tab. After entering your number, a code will then be sent to your text messages which you can enter when prompted.
Once selecting verify, you will be done with the initial details of your account setup.
