Video Tutorial on Password Reset (via Admin Help)
This video details password reset via admin help specifically. It includes how the admin can prompt a password reset email, and then how the user can reset their password using this email.
Steps involved in resetting password via admin help:
The first part of this video will be the steps the admin must perform.
To begin, navigate to the settings icon in the bottom left corner.
Now, go to the team tab just under the word settings.
From here you can see all of the users in your organization. However, you will only be focusing on the one who has asked for their password to be reset. Select that user.
Now, scroll down to the security section. In this section there is an option labeled password. Click ‘reset password’. This will send an email to the user requesting a password reset. They can now make a new password and login to their account.
This part is now for the user requesting a password reset. To reset your password, click 'Reset my Password'.
Now make a new password that follows the requirements below. Note: you can not use a password you have used before. Once confirming this new password, click submit.
The Monaire login screen will appear, where you will now be able to sign in with the new password you created.
If your account appears, select it and enter your password, otherwise choose the 'Other User' option and enter in your email and password. Passwordless login users will never need to reset a password which is why this option is ideal.
You are now done and are signed into your Monaire account.
