This video is an introduction to managing equipment as it explains the first steps to viewing equipment in the Monaire app. It includes how to find the equipment while switching between buildings, as well as filtering and searching.
Steps involved in navigating equipment:
While there are multiple ways to view equipment, such as clicking on the equipment tab, the easiest way is to first select the buildings tab as this will display all of your buildings to choose from.
After clicking this tab, your buildings will be available, with one or multiple showing depending on your organization. Click whichever building has the equipment you want to view.
The equipment in this building will be displayed. The name of the unit, details, status, equipment type and install date will all be available to view. Additionally, if you have a large amount of equipment, you can utilize the search bar if a specific unit is in mind.
It is also possible to filter by equipment type. For example, if you only want RTUs to be displayed, select that option and click apply.
If you want to clear this filter, go back into the filter menu and remove the filter previously placed.
