Setting Up Your Account


Steps to Complete Account Setup

  1. Open Invitation Email: Access your inbox and look for an email from Monaire (no-reply@monaire.ai) with the subject line "Welcome to Monaire - Let's Get You Started". Open the email and click the Set My Password button.
  2. Create a Secure Password: You will be redirected to a "Set Your Password" page. Enter your chosen password twice to confirm it. To be valid, the password must 1) be at least 8 characters long, and 2) be less than 70 characters long. Once the passwords match, click the Set My Password button at the bottom of the form to finish.
  3. Log In: After a "Sign up complete!" message appears, you’ll be redirected to Monaire’s login page (app.monaire.ai). Click the Login button to access your new account. If you choose not to log in at this moment, you will also receive an additional email that will direct you to log in.
    1. Check for Activation Email: After setting your password, look for a second email from Monaire with the subject line "Account Activated". Click the Login button within that email, which will redirect you to the Monaire login page.
    2. Enter Credentials: Enter your email address and click Next, then enter the new password you just created and click Next again.
    3. (Optional) Set Up Biometrics: Once logged in, a prompt will appear asking if you’d like to enable biometric login (Face ID or Fingerprint) for future use on that device. You can choose to: Set up now to enable biometric access or Do it later to skip this step for now
