Onboarding (1/6): Accessing Install Work Order

To perform any work order at your customer’s location, you must use the Monaire Contractor App. This can be found in the App Store or the Google Play Store.
Upon opening the app, you’ll see all work orders that have been assigned to you by your company's dispatcher.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see Overview, Work Orders, and Mon AI.
Select Work Orders, and then “Upcoming” on the top of the screen to find the correct Installation work order.
From this view, you can see the work order number, the name of the location, the address of the location, as well as the type of work order and the status.
Select the correct work order and then "Start Installation" on the bottom of the screen.
Now you're ready to begin your hardware installations.
