Steps involved in reviewing completed work orders:

  1.  Make sure you are in the 'All Work Orders' tab as opposed to the upcoming work order or customer request tabs. This tab will display all work orders, including those that have been completed.

  2. In order to access only the completed work orders, select the filter option. Now, filter by 'Work Order Status' by selecting the option 'Completed'. You will now be able to see all completed work orders.

  3. The main reason to review completed work orders is to look for completion notes. They act as a final record and allow for you and your organization to have a maintenance history which can help with future problem solving as well as other tasks.

  4. The first step to accessing the completion notes is clicking into the work order whose completion notes you want to see. This work order will carry a lot of information, with the meaning of these details discussed further in the tutorial on navigating the work orders page.

  5. However, in short, you wlil be able to see the support ticket, equipment details, and additional notes. Completion notes will be contained within the equipment details section. In this example, you can see the completion note says 'Unit is now back up and running. Replaced condenser fan motor'. You have the ability to see who created the note and may also have the ability to edit this if given permission.

  6. You can now review completion notes for your organization!
