How does the integration work?

Automated repair work orders

Your HVAC technicians can install Monaire sensors and controls onto existing HVAC and Refrigeration equipment in less than 15 minutes.
Once installed, Monaire’s AI-powered predictive alerts continuously monitor system performance, identifying anomalies well before they escalate into costly failures. 

When an issue is detected, a work order is automatically generated in ServiceChannel. Completion notes and service details are then fed back into Monaire, improving detection accuracy over time and ensuring a seamless, closed-loop process from problem detection to resolution.

If you are a Monaire customer and an administrator

  1. In the Monaire Webapp, head over to Settings -> Integrations

  2. Click on the 'Connect' button under the ServiceChannel option

  3. Follow on-screen instructions to authenticate and connect
